We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher of science who is either a current departmental lead or someone looking for the next step on their career path.
The candidate must be an outstanding science classroom practitioner who is ready to lead others to make an impact and continue to raise standards across the department. You should have a proven track record of improving standards as a teacher and at department level.
You will be teaching high quality lessons across the key stages as well as leading and supporting your colleagues effectively to achieve our shared school vision of excellence, aspiration and opportunity for all our young people.
The Highfield School is an oversubscribed ‘good’ school with ‘outstanding’ leadership and management. You will be joining a professional, supportive team that is committed to our Cooperative Values and the wellbeing and CPD of staff. Our students are at the heart of everything we do and we encourage each of them to aim to achieve their full potential.
If you believe you can make a difference through high quality teaching and learning then we would like to hear from you.
