Course information

This course runs throughout the academic year and comprises of 6 twilight sessions. Each session will contain a core element and then a choice of breakout activities. Each session will be one and a half hours long and will take place in the school of the leading facilitators.  All sessions will involve experienced Middle Leaders talking about their own leadership experiences.

 

This course is designed for teachers, for aspiring middle leaders,  those that are in new middle leadership roles or more experienced middle leaders that would like to develop specific areas.

 

On this programme participants will leave the course:

¨ More equipped to lead a successful team

¨ More confident to make judgements about the quality of teaching and learning in their area

¨ More self-assured in driving school improvement in their area
