North Herts Teaching Alliance has a programme of succession planning from newly qualified teachers through to leadership team members across our Alliance of schools. The network across the Alliance allows us to offer assistance and support to staff as they progress through the stages of their career to support their progress and celebrate their achievements.
The North Herts Teaching Alliance is able to offer support for teachers looking to move into Assistant Head, Deputy Head and Headship roles.
