Course information

This course runs throughout the academic year and comprises of 6 twilight session rotating around host schools, to include a tour of the host school by the home candidates. It will provide participants the opportunity to work collaboratively with new teachers across the North Herts Teaching Alliance. Participants will take part in a classroom based action research project during which they will have the opportunity to jointly plan, team teach, share resources and visit each other’s school.

This course is designed for teachers who have completed their NQT year within the last two years. It is a practical programme designed to be a supportive bridge, enabling teachers to continue to develop their own classroom practice whilst also beginning to consider the next steps in their teaching careers.
